Structuring a complex joint process
Background
With 11+1 in-house regional occupational therapy teams, 11 funding organisations and few building agencies, getting through Major adaptations is a difficult and long process for disabled residents of Surrey. The OTs are drawn into parts of the process that are not their area of expertise or responsibility.
Role
I led a team of product owners, designer, business analysts, and stakeholders in this project from design brief alignment, alpha and live.
Objective
Build a knowledge base for Occupational Therapists and end users of the disabled grant funding process

Impact:
Insights from the research was used to write down a step by step process for the first time. The iterative process and design culture that was intentionally build into the project brought 3 organisations together and publish a joint process.
